Tree of Hope

Tree of Hope, our mental health community and support group, meets on the 4th Monday of every month at 12.45pm in St John's Parish Hall.

We are a community of people who have experience of mental health challenges, or who support those who have mental health challenges. As a community we meet each month to share a light meal, chat, and encourage one another. Our meetings are very informal and always great fun – they are places we can come together to simply be who we are, with others whose experiences have been like our own. Members are free to come to meetings as much or as little as they find helpful, and to share as much or as little as they would like, in a safe and supportive environment. As well as enjoying a simple meal each month, we try to make a point of having some bigger celebrations as a community throughout the year.

If you or someone you know would like to give Tree of Hope a try, please do either get in touch with one of the clergy team, or simply pop along to one of our meetings. You can be sure of a warm welcome, and a space to be loved and accepted, just as you are.

Upcoming 2025 Dates, meeting at 12.45pm in St John's Parish Hall: 27th January; 24th February; 24th March; 28th April; 26th May.
